Ortak Bütçe is a mobile application for personal and shared income and expense tracking. You can keep your own records in a personal ledger and bring spending you manage together into a shared one. The focus is the everyday journey from recording an expense to reviewing it later, with receipts, repeated transactions and exported records as parts of that workflow. It gives those different activities a place within the same budgeting application. Personal and shared ledgers give those records their own spaces while keeping them within the same budgeting application.
For flatmates, couples and families sharing costs, and for anyone keeping a personal budget apart.
What it does
- Keep personal and shared ledgers. Record income and expenses on your own or together in a shared ledger. Separate records let you distinguish your personal budget from spending you manage with others.
- Arrange repeated transactions. Create a series for income or expenses that recur. An end date or a repeat count defines the series and the records that are created for it.
- Read receipt information. Use your phone to read information from a receipt as part of recording an expense. Receipt reading takes place on the device and brings information from paper into the recording workflow.
- Export your records. Take income and expense entries out as an Excel file, giving you a copy to keep or review in a spreadsheet alongside your other records.
- Manage account data. Data export, account deletion and anonymisation flows are included in the product’s scope, alongside the tools for maintaining your everyday budget records.
